Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Refunds will be processed within a few days of receiving your returned item.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item, please contact us with your order information and a description of the defect or damage. Sharing photos will be more helpful as well.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for incorrect addresses provided by customers. If your package is lost in the mail, we recommend filing a claim with the courier company.
Shipping costs for returning items are not refundable.
The time it takes to receive an exchanged item will vary depending on your location.

- Products that fall under specific categories which are hygiene related (Example: Headbands, Clothes, Teethers, and feeding related products.
- Personalized Items that were requested to be designed specifically for You.
