Delivery

Pick a Joy Delivery method:

Our Standard delivery is 1-3 working days at a charge of 20AED. Delivery will be FREE for orders over 200AED.

Please note that during sale and promotions periods, delivery may take an extra 1-2 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

For orders placed Monday through Saturday before 10am, Next Day delivery will be within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 10am, on weekends, or on public holidays will be delayed by one business day.

You can at any time query the status of your order by sending us an email at info@pickajoy.ae

In case your order is not received:

If you have not received your order by the delivery date, please check your email, as you may have received a notification that your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may be longer during sale periods and promotions.

In case some items were not received:

Please check your email to see if we have notified you that an item in your order is unavailable. If so, we will refund you or send you an alternative item, if you prefer. If you have not received any email from us, please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.
